Ms. Ahmad has more than 30 years experience as a program and project manager. She has hired, trained and managed multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams successfully for programs in the US and in Africa, for government clients, international organization-funded projects, and companies including oil and gas and mining. Her practice areas include stakeholder engagement, hazardous waste site delineation, environmental impacts, sustainability and resilience planning, and emergency preparedness training, management and response. She has worked in both Kenya and in Uganda.

Tim Mutiso


Project Management

Mr. Mutiso has over 3 decades of experience working for IT product and services companies in East Africa, UK, USA and Australia. He managed multi-disciplinary teams for large corporates, multinationals, and government. In Kenya Mr. Mutiso works as the operations director for a regional logistical service provider which he jointly founded. Prior to this, he managed a team developing mobile value added service products for Leopard Communications.

Client Liaison

Mr. Bayer has more than 30 years of experience working for IT product and services companies. His industry experience includes Fortune 500 companies in finance, insurance, oil exploration and production, government, and travel. He led matrix teams residing in two continents, spanning diverse corporate cultures. Mr. Bayer developed and taught over 30 seminars on topics such as Cloud Computing, Mobile Integration, and the Internet of Things.
